Minister of Peshmerga: Our ties with US Army will be more cohesive

<p style="text-align: left;">Shoresh Ismail, Minister of Peshmerga Forces of the Kurdistan Regional Government, announced Tuesday morning, November 23, that the Peshmerga ties with the US Army will grow more.

In the presence of high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Peshmerga, American officials and the international coalition officials in the Kurdistan Region, two divisions of Peshmerga forces were equipped.

According to Bass News, the minister said at the ceremony of equipping two divisions of Peshmerga Forces held at the Amir Office affiliated to the Ministry of Peshmerga that &ldquo;Today we are in a new phase, equipping The Peshmerga force is another honor for us, our relations with the coalition forces and the US military will be more cohesive and better.&rdquo;

"This aid and cooperation sends us a message of unity and better relations, and supports our efforts to reform the Ministry of Peshmerga," said Ismail.

He added that: "We are proud to announce that our ministry has taken a step in the process of military reform and will continue to do so."

The Peshmerga Mnister continued: "Today is another historic day for us that the Peshmerga forces, with the cooperation of our friend and ally, have taken another step towards progress, and today they made friends, and the United States is once again entering a serious and powerful phase."

"We are always proud of our friendship with other nations. We hope that this alliance will always last and that US cooperation with Kurdistan will continue," Ismail said.
