According to BasNews the officials reviewed ongoing efforts to form a new government in Iraq as well as the schedule vote at the parliament to elect a new president for the country.
The two also emphasized that the processes of government formation and president election should be concluded within the constitutional timeline limit.
This was Halbusi’s first visit to Erbil since his election to parliament speaker.
