<p style="text-align: left;">The counting process suspended overnight on Sunday but it was resumed early today.<br /> No official results have been released yet by The Independent High Electoral and Referendum Commission (IHERC), NRT reported.<br /> IHERC did announce that voter turnout was 58 percent for Erbil province, 61 percent for Duhok, 53 percent for Sulaimani and 60 percent for Halabja. Total turnout was 57 percent.<br /> There were a number of complaints about voter fraud and voter intimidation across the Region.<br /> As many as 773 candidates from 29 entities are competing to win 111 seats in parliament.<br /> There were 1,036,419 eligible voters in Erbil province, 1,134,760 in Sulaimani province, 677,797 in Duhok province and 66,016 in Halabja province.<br /> As many as 22 international organizations have registered to observe the election, according to the commission.<br /> Reporter's code: 50101</p>
