According to Jian news website, Barzani will make the visit after the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Leader and former Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani arrived in Baghdad on Thursday.

According to the report Nechirvan Barzani will discuss Kurdistan Region issues, economic issues, in particular, with officials in Baghdad.

The website further quoted an unknown source that the Kurdish PM would also discuss Kirkuk oil export with Iraqi officials.

It is worth mentioning that Massoud Barzani arrived in Baghdad on Thursday and welcomed by Iraqi Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbosi, Finance Mionister Fuad Hussein, Badr Coalition leader Hadi al-Ameri and other leading officials in Baghdad airport on Thursday November 22.

According to Rudaw TV Barzani will meet Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdulmahdi and some other leading officials in Baghdad and then would make a visit to Najaf.
