According to the website of the EU, Federica Mogerini expressed the EU’s support to the unity of Iraq and demanded more Iraq cooperation with the union.

She added that the EU is ready to help Iraq in order to improve the situation of the country after the defeat of the Islamic State (IS).

The union will try to save Iraq’s unity and integrity, she added.

She further said that the union will try to improve ties between ERBIL AND Baghdad after the recent tension between the two governments.
