Iran, China, Russia, Germany discuss Syria

<p style="text-align:left">Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister has held talks with his Chinese, Russian and German counterparts on the future of Syria.

Hossein Jaberi Ansari discussed the creation of a committee to devise Syria&rsquo;s new Constitution with Chinese Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Chen Xiaodong in Tehran on Wednesday, IRNA reported.
The Iranian official also met with Aleksandr Lavrentyev, Russian president&rsquo;s special representative for the Syrian situation. The two talked about how to coordinate efforts on combating terrorism in Syria as well as the Middle East.
The latest situation in Idlib and ways to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in the north-western Syrian province, where the last battle to clear the extremists is raging on, was also the focal point of talks between Ansari and Philipp Ackermann, the German Foreign Ministry&rsquo;s Political Director‑General for Near and Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
The officials also discussed how to help return of the displaced Syrians and refugees to their own country as the war is dying down. The four also negotiated ways on how to reconstruct the Arab country.
