According to Shar Press Sergeant Nawshirwan Mustafa Ahmad, the chief of Garmian forces, stated that the Kurdish forces arrested the members of a group which had threatened the region, in videos, with armed attacks.

The official added that all members of the group, except one of them who is at large, have been arrested, continuing that searches are under way to arrest the militant.

Ahmad further added that the group has received order from Hajar Salih who has defrauded the youth of the region to inflame insecurity in the region.
