Turkey is against foreign powers meddling in Iran internal affairs: FM

<p style="text-align: left;">Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said his country opposes interference of foreign powers in Iran's domestic affairs.

He told reporters on Saturday that security and stability in Iran is so important for Turkey and that determination of Iran's fate and any change in its sovereignty should be done by its own people and interference of foreign powers could be a danger for Iran's security and stability as Turkey is strongly opposed to it, IRNA reported.

The Turkish foreign minister also assessed as logical and positive the reaction by senior Iranian officials before the recent unrests, and said that the Iranians should keep distance from any violence and foreign provocation and declare their protests through legal methods and fortunately President Hassan Rouhani respected people's right to civil protests.
