Kurdish council calls for end of Turkey operation in Afrin

<p style="text-align: left;">The Syrian Kurds National Council (ENKS) called for the end of Turkey&amp;rsquo;s operation in Afrin, northern Syria.

According to Diwar daily, the council called, in a meeting with a German delegation, for the end of the operation.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel&rsquo;s Advisor for Middle East Affairs, Robert Rudd met a delegation for the council on Friday when the two sides discussed the latest developments in the Kurdish regions in northern Syria.

the congress of Syrian peoples in Sochi and the crisis in Syria was discussed.

The council has reportedly reiterated that the only political ways would end the crisis.
