Official denies Iraqi Kurds deployed to Afrin for fighting against Turkey

<p style="text-align: left;">The Spokesman of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), Saadi Ahmad Pire, denied reports that a number of Iraqi Kurds have been deployed to Afrin, northern Syria, to fight along with the Kurdish forces against Turkey&rsquo;s invasive army.

Speaking with al-Ghad Press, Pire stated that no Kurdish youth has been deployed to Syria’s Afrin from Erbil, adding that Afrin is a Syrian city, even though Kurdish, and its troubles and problems are related with Syria.

Pire added that Iraqi people denounce Turkey’s attack into Afrin.
