Perwin Buldan, Tamal Sezai elected as new HDP leaders

<p style="text-align:left">The third congress of Turkey pro-Kurdish Peoples&rsquo; Democratic Party (HDP) was held on Sunday when Perwin Buldan and Tamal Sezai were elected as the new leaders of the party.

According to Turkey’s Diwar daily the congress were held with the attendance of 32000 people in Ankara’s Arna stadium where the two HDP members were elected as leaders.

Members from European parties from the parliament of Europe attended the meeting.

Messages from former HDP co-leaders, Selahattin Demirtas and Figen Yuksekdag were read in the congress.
