Saadi Ahmad Pire told Firat TV that decreasing the share of the region is an attempt to halt the region’s economic and security advances.

Pire added that ratifying the national budget of 2018 without Iraq’s Kurdish partners would lead into a new crisis between Erbil, the capital of the region, and Baghdad.

He, however, reiterated that Iraqi leaders are wise enough to prevent from decreasing the region’s share.
