Deputy accuses Erbil of seeking to return Peshmerga to Kirkuk

<p style="text-align:left">A former Kirkuk province deputy in the Iraqi parliament accused the autonomous region of Kurdistan of provoking independece_seeking elements to conduct assasinating attacks and kidnapping people in order to destable the province and finally settle Kurdish forces of Peshmerga and Asayesh.

According to al-Maalomeh news agency, Fawzi Akram also added that there are more than 5000 elements of the Islamic State (IS) group and former Baath regime in the Kurdish region and Kurdish authorities are aware of their presence.
The former deputy accused former President of Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, of using the element for conducting operations in Kirkuk against Turkmans, Arabs and kidnapping citizens.
Akram ultimately reiterated that returning Kirkuk operation staff and keeping federal goverment forces in Kirkuk are the best options in order to let the law to govern.
