Bistoon Zanganeh told a joint press conference with the Iraqi minister of interior and some Kurdish officials in Sulaimani that flies from Erbil and Sulaimani airports have been resumed, underscoring that the resumption is not temporal but eternal.
He added that all activities of the airports will be conducted under the supervision of Iraq Aviation Organization, revealing that an Iraqi delegation will visit the airports in the Kurdish region in the upcoming days.
Iraqi Interior Minister Qasem al-Araji told the press conference that the airports would be under Baghdad's supervision.
