Barzani, for his side, welcomed Baghdad move in lifting flight bans on the region and sending the salaries of the government clerks, calling for boosting with Britain.
The Kurdish PM undrescored that the international anti-IS coalition should make a plan, in cooperation with Erbil and Baghdad, in order to prevent the reoccurance of terror in the region.
