Barzani met Masjedi in Salahaddin resort in Erbil, where the two sides discussed ties between Tehran and Erbil.

The two also dubbed the conference of Iran and Kurdistan Region Opportunities in Erbil as an attempt to boost economic ties between the two sides.

The sides have also traded views on the latest developments in Iraq and the region.

It is worth mentioning that Iranian consul to Erbil, Morteza Ebadi, attened the meeting.
