According to Hawar News, the military council of Manbij stated that the U.S. has established its third military base in Manbij, northern Syria.

The U.S. has already built 2 bases in the region and the third base increases the presence of the U.S. forces in the region.

Xelil Bozi, a commander of the Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) confirmed to Sputnik the creation of the base but denied to reveal more details due to the sensitivity of the issue.
