Turkmen set condition for Peshmerga return to Kirkuk

<p style="text-align: left;">Te spokesman for Turkmani Qarar party has stated that the parties agrees with the return of the Kurdish forces of Peshmerga to the disputed province of Kirkuk if the Kurdish forces would be under the command of the Iraqi central government in Baghdad.

According to Shar Press, Mehdi Bozok stated that Turkmens would not go against Peshmerga return to Kirkuk but the forces should be under the command of Baghdad and follow the orders and decision of the central government.

Reiterating that stability is impossible in Kirkuk without Turkmen participation in the event of the province, he added that Peshmerga forces are a part of Iraqi forces and the Kurdish forces should receive order from Baghdad, otherwise Turkmen would not agree with their return to Kirkuk.
