Addressing an increasing concern, Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) leader Masoud Barzani on Sunday, August 22, predicted that the Kurdistan Region would not experience the kind of upheaval as has happened in Afghanistan in recent weeks should the US withdrawal from Iraq.
