Iraq's Ministerial Council of National Security on Wednesday has initiated the implementation proceedings of the Supreme Court's decision against Erbil's independent administration of Kurdistan's oil resources.
The Kurdistan Region Parliament said that the Federal Court's decision regarding the oil and gas law is a "serious blow to the Iraqi federal system and the rights of citizenship."
