An independent Syrian Kurdish politician says "I am not optimistic about the negotiations, because I know the other side. The PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) will not allow any of the forces of Lashkar-e-Ruz (an ENKS-affiliated military force) to enter Syrian Kurdistan."
