World Service - The European Parliament, by passing a resolution on the developments in northeastern Syria, while condemning the violence against Kurdish civilians, warned that some of the reported actions could be examples of war crimes and stressed that any EU engagement with Damascus must be conditional on guaranteeing the rights of Kurds and minorities and fully adhering to the ceasefire.
