Iran plans to open a cross-border customs office with the Iraqi Kurdistan Region at Sairanband border crossing.
Iraq has made use of the barter mechanism to pay its debt to Iran, Secretary-General of Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce Hamid Hosseini said on Tuesday.
