Iraq and Kurdistan Region Service- If the Zaidi government insists on implementing the September 30 decision and radical groups, such as the Nujaba and Kataib, do not give in, then there is a possibility of a “limited conflict”. This conflict will not take the form of an all-out war, but rather a series of “security surgical operations” to disable the rebellious nuclei. Both sides, the government and the groups, are aware that they should not reach the point of a “Shiite civil war”; therefore, the conflict will remain within the framework of imposing dominance.
