Service of Iraq and Kurdistan Region - Noshirvan Mustafa Amin, born in 1944 in Sulaymaniyah, the city of the uprising and revolution of Iraqi Kurdistan, is one of the self-made and unique political figures of Iraqi Kurds. In the second decade of his life, he got acquainted with the Kurdish struggle movement led by Mulla Mustafa Barzani, and then he joined the youth of the Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party in Sulaymaniyah.
