The co-chair of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), Lahur Sheikh Jangi, confirmed in a meeting with the families of the martyrs, today, Thursday, that he is ready - for the sake of the Patriotic Union - to leave work and move away if he make sure that he is the cause of the problems, adding that he will deliver a detailed speech tonight to announce his position.
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Co-President Bafel Talabani declared on Thursday, July 15, that he would continue to pursue major changes within the party amid serious internal tensions with his counterpart Lahur Sheikh Jangi, who later made a speech blaming external forces for moves against him over the past week.
