According to al-Maalomeh News Agency, Abbas Aliwi, a member of Saeroon Fraction in the parliament stated that the members of the fraction and a number of other parliament deputies are seeking support from other parliament members in order to impeach al-Kadhimi over lack of services and a high decrease in electricity in the country, adding that a number of signatures have been gathered in this regard.
Aliwi further added that the government has not acted very well in providing electricity and some parts of the country are suffering severely in this regard, noting that the officials of the energy ministry should go to people and find about their shortages at the situation and do not merely receive consultations.
It is worth mentioning that al-Saeroon had blamed PM al-Kadhimi’s foreign policies on Tuesday July 28.
