Turkish military clashes with PKK in Kurdistan region

<p style="text-align: left;">Turkish military forces carried out an operation in the border areas of the Kurdistan Region and in the territory of the region where they clashed with forces of the Kurdistan Workers&rsquo; Party (PKK).

According to Al-Wakala Al-Akhbariya, an Iraqi security source said: The Turkish army is located in 9 border points in Batifa district in the north of Zakho and the villages of Nazuri, Sevili, Keshani, Pirblabanki, Shilaneh, Reisi, Afleh and Shidani, located in Duhok province of Kurdistan region where it carried out Heliborne Operation.

According to the report, following the deployment of the forces, the artillery operation of the Turkish army started and its forces clashed with a number of forces of the PKK.
