Turkish jets airstrike villages in Dohuk province

<p style="text-align: left;">Turkish warplanes have attacked three times a village in Dohuk province in the Kurdistan Region.

According to Shafaq News, witnesses reported that Turkish warplanes bombed the village of Marani in the Jamanki district of northern Duhok province yesterday evening, October 1.

According to the witnesses, Turkish warplanes also bombed the area around the village, which is located five kilometers from the center of the Jemanki district, three times.

It should be noted that following the armed conflict between the forces of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the Turkish army near the village of Marani, this village has been evacuated by the residents.

The Turkish army is bombing the border areas in the Kurdish region under the pretext of the presence of PKK forces. Meanwhile, the federal governments of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region have repeatedly called on the parties to move the conflict out of the Kurdistan Region into Turkey. But Turkish ground and air operations have been intense since last June.

Turkish military operations have evacuated dozens of villages, killing scores of people in the area, as well as setting fire to their pastures and agricultural lands of the people in the region.
