According to Baghdad Al-Youm, Behjat Ali said: "Technically, an agreement was reached on issues related to the 2021 budget, including the transfer of 250,000 barrels of oil and half of the revenue of the Kurdistan Region borders to the Iraqi central government."
Revealing the details of the deal between the two government in Erbil and Baghdad, Behjat Ali added: "In the coming days, a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) will go to Baghdad. The mentioned deal will be ready and will be signed. But the efforts to reach a final agreement will depend on the agreement of the Iraqi political factions and members of parliament during the budget vote."
The member of the Finance Committee of the Iraqi Parliament stated: A delegation from the KRG will travel to Baghdad in the coming days to continue negotiations and sign a comprehensive agreement between the two sides, and we hope that the factions of the Iraqi parliament will cooperate in this regard this time in a spirit of agreement and far from imposing a majority opinion."
