Iran judiciary chief calls for identifying hurdles on investment in Kurdistan province

Iran's Judiciary Chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Ejei said there were many God-given capacities, deputies and potentials in Kurdistan province, in the northwest of Iran, but it should be found why investors do not use them.

Hojat-ul-Islam Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Ejei said in the meeting of the administrative council of Kurdistan province that people in the province were revolutionary had gone through many incidents related to thwarting the plots of enemies during the revolution and deserved to be served more than now.

The Judiciary chief added: "In the past months, the enemies had drawn many plots for the border provinces of the country, and due to the vigilance of the people and their insight, these plots were failed as before, although this does not mean the end of the conspiracies and we have to be careful so that the enemies do not do something else."

He continued: "If all officials cooperate and identify the priority issues, we can provide many solutions to get out of this situation," adding that "unfortunately, we always see that officials do not have a common understanding of the issues and offer different solutions that cause the problems to persist."

Mohseni Ejei stated: "Officials are expected to determine the problems and existing capacities and priorities in internal meetings and make their plans based on them and have solutions to solve the problems."

Hojat-ul-Islam Mohseni Ajei further said: The issues of security, economic development and investment, which have a complex relationship with each other, should be considered by the authorities because these factors are interdependent."

"Today, security is relatively good in Kurdistan, and the issue of economy and people's livelihood should be put on the agenda as a priority, and these problems can also be solved through investment, development and production growth," the judiciary head also said.

He went on to say that: "There are many God-given capacities, mines and potentials in Kurdistan, but it should be seen why investors do not invest here?"
