According to NRT he also said that the new government was taking into account the views of newly appointed minsters and those of representatives from the Kurdistan Region.
Hussein also expressed readiness to deal transparently with parliament as the process moves forward.
Parliament is scheduled to discuss the draft budget later this evening in the presence of the Finance Minister, the governor of the Iraqi Central Bank, and several other senior officials.
