Former AKP official says backs Kurdish  to become official language in Turkey

<p style="text-align:left">Aydin Altac, the former chief of Justice and Development (AKP) office in Diyarbakir, stated he backs efforts to make Kurdish an official language in Turkey.

Altac told Kurdistan 24 in an interview that the AKP appointed trustees for Kurdish city of Diyarbakir municipality is working very well and has taken good steps for the people in the city.
He added about attempts to officializing and teaching Kurdish in Turkey that he personaly support the efforts, continuing to say that the AKP has taken great steps and removed hurdles on Kurdish language.
Altac ultimately cautioned that using arms and clashes for officializing Kurdish language is a wrong step.
