The deployment consisting of 50 armoured vehicles, including commando units, was deployed on Monday evening to the district of Kirikhan, in Hatay, Anadolu Agency reported.
The military movement came apparently following the reports of a Syrian military offensive in northwest of Syria, the report added, without further details on the reinforcement.
Turkey usually accuses the Syrian government of targeting Ankara's observation posts in Idlib.
