Baghdad should end Turkey’s invasion on northern borders: Gorran

<p style="text-align:left">A deputy of the Movement for Change (Gorran) in the Iraqi parliament asked the central government in Baghdad to denounce Turkey&rsquo;s aerial operations and strikes on Kurdistan Region in the north.

Shirin Reza told al-Tejah Press that the movement is strictly against the presence of Turkish forces in Kurdistan Region and opposes transferring the country’s military bases from Ankara or Istanbul into the autonomous Kurdish region.

He urged Baghdad to end the presence of Turkey’s forces in border areas in Iraq and not to allow the establishment of any Turkey bases in the region.
