Syrian Kurdistan administration believes in a decentralized Syria: representative

The representative of the Syrian Kurdistan Autonomous Administration in Erbil said that the policy of the administration towards Syria is clear and "we believe in a decentralized system within the Syrian framework."

Former US Envoy to Syria affairs, William Roebuck, has recently stated that Washington "have explicitly told the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) that we do not support independent Kurds in this region."
Alan Salifi, a representative of the Syrian Kurdistan Administration in Erbil, told KurdPress that "we believe in a decentralized Syria where all ethnic groups have rights."
He continued: "We have always told other parties, especially the Americans, that the administration has an enforceable plan that emphasizes a decentralized Syria and believes in the rights of all ethnic groups within it."
Mr. Salifi further added: "The plan of the administration is clear and today everyone knows that we are working for a decentralized Syria in which all Syrian tribes play a role, and the self-ruling administration is moving in that direction."
