Kurds in Syria seeking to change alliance

<p style="text-align: left;">Kurds in Syria have lost hope in the U.S. and are seeking negotiation with the government in Damascus and forming an alliance with Russia instead.

According to Syrian Observer website wrote about U.S.-Turkey agreement over the withdrawal of the Kurdish forces from northern Syrian city of Manbij that the deal and some other events made former leader of Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) Salih Muslim to say on June 9 that the party and its armed wing, YPG, alliance with the U.S. has changed and the PYD may seek unity with Russia and the central government in Damascus.

The website has added that U.S.-Turkey deal was due to Syrian Kurds political mistake and the Kurds&rsquo; reaction to the deal was also a wrong step because their refrain from fighting against the IS made the U.S. to welcome Iraqi forces fight against the IS militants in their controlled regions.

The website, however, has welcomed Kurds attempt to reconcile with the government of Damascus.
