Iraq Service and the Kurdistan Region - Masoud Abdul Khaliq, a political analyst, dissected the 13-page plan of "Ali al-Zaidi" for the future government of Iraq and pointed out the lack of repetition of the name of the Kurdistan Region and the absence of the word "federalism" from Baghdad's official literature. He believes that the paralysis of the internal institutions of the region has caused the international community and Baghdad to no longer consider the Kurdistan region as a serious diplomatic power.
