Service of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region - Ali Zaidi's expected visit to the White House is aimed at redefining strategic relations between Baghdad and Washington based on arms control, stabilization of the financial system and management of the dollar market, as well as attracting American investment in the energy sector. At the same time, Baghdad is trying to keep Iraq away from regional tensions and competitions and get more military and economic support.
