Iraq Service and Kurdistan Region - Adham Barzani, in his fourth year away from his hometown, issued a statement asking the Iraqi government, the judiciary and freedom fighters to take a stand against what he called "constitutional violation and clear oppression" against him and dozens of similar cases.
