Elham Ahmed's request to guarantee the self-governance of the Kurdish regions
Syria Service - "Elham Ahmed", the co-chairman of the Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration, requested in the European Parliament to provide practical guarantees for the continuation of the agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian Interim Government and to establish the rights of the Kurds in the Syrian Constitution.

European Parliament meeting about developments in Syrian Kurdistan
Syria Service - The European Parliament will host a meeting on the political future of Syria and Syrian Kurdistan at the invitation of Evin Engir. In this meeting, Elham Ahmed and Rohlat Afrin review the process of negotiations between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian Interim Government, as well as the January 29 agreement.

The violence against Syrian Kurds is an example of a war crime
World Service - The European Parliament, by passing a resolution on the developments in northeastern Syria, while condemning the violence against Kurdish civilians, warned that some of the reported actions could be examples of war crimes and stressed that any EU engagement with Damascus must be conditional on guaranteeing the rights of Kurds and minorities and fully adhering to the ceasefire.
