Syria Service - The Governor of Hasakah announced that the process of merging and activating government institutions in this province has reached an advanced stage and about 70% of it has been completed so far. According to him, thousands of employees in the education, health, electricity and other service institutions have been integrated into the structure of the Syrian government.
