Service Turkey – The family of Hüseyin Bilecan, a seriously ill prisoner imprisoned in Ankara's Sincan Prison, say that his release has been repeatedly postponed without providing a specific reason despite the end of his sentence. In his last phone call, Bilecan reported stomach bleeding and the deterioration of his physical condition, saying: "They tell me you won't die until you reach here, we won't release you."
