Service Syria - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Syrian interim government announced that after about a year and a half of negotiations with Russia, the two sides have reached an agreement on the reorganization of Russia's presence on the Syrian coast; according to this agreement, the Russian bases in Hmeimim and Tartus will be transformed into joint training and rehabilitation centers in the new framework, and some facilities will gradually be placed under Syrian civilian management.
