Iraq and Kurdistan Region Service - Kamran Othman, from the American organization CPT, released a video and claimed that the Turkish army has created a network of military roads deep in the territory of the Kurdistan Region during the so-called peace process and currently has 139 military bases and headquarters in different regions of the region.
