Service of Iraq and Kurdistan Region - The former representative of the Iraqi Parliament, referring to the suspension of sending cases from the courts of Sulaymaniyah to the Court of Appeal and the suspension of proceedings in a part of the judicial structure, announced that the judicial system of the Kurdistan Region has practically stopped and after the parliament and the cabinet, the third governing body of the region has entered a state of administrative paralysis.
