Iraq and Kurdistan Region Service - The total public revenues of the Iraqi Ministry of Finance, including oil and non-oil revenues, reached about 35,946 billion dinars in the first half of 2026, of which 79.3 percent came from oil revenues and 20.7 percent from non-oil revenues. During the same period, the total expenditures of the Ministry of Finance exceeded 57,186 billion dinars, of which 96 percent went to current expenditures and 4 percent to investment expenditures.
