Khoshnaw, praised the PUK member's performance as president of Iraq and stressed that the party's definitive candidate for the post is Barham Saleh, Middle East News reported.

He told Al-Furat News Agency that Kurdish currents do not differ much on coalitions and participation in the next Iraqi government.

Khoshnaw stressed that the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) has been successful in running the port, and its candidate for the presidency is Barham Salih, and this has been told to Bafel Talabani, the party's leader.

All Kurdish political movements will have a unified list of demands in the negotiations to form a new Iraqi government, he said.

Regarding the main demands of the movements, Khoshnaw said the Kurds want nothing more than an agreement on the implementation of the articles of the constitution, especially Article 140.
