1- The importance of holding early elections after preparing legal preparations and providing facilities based on constitutional mechanisms.
2- Forming a government with full powers and having trust and confidence and public agreement with its program, before holding early elections.
3- The two side emphasized on the continuation of the activities of the Iraqi parliament until early polls.
