Syria Service - The Secretary General of the United Nations warned against the increase in tensions in the region and emphasized that the continuation of the conflicts could seriously endanger the peace process in Syria and called on all parties to adhere to the ceasefire and strengthen stability in Lebanon.
World Service - Referring to the experience of the Bogota government's peace agreement with the Farc group, Colombia's permanent representative to the United Nations emphasized that a sustainable solution to the conflict between Turkey and the PKK will be difficult without political guarantees, international supervision and the support of the international community.
